Coastline International is a full-service contract manufacturer (CMO) with expertise in medical devices and electronics applications. Established in 1982, Coastline has been supporting leading OEMs for over 40 years. Coastline is a privately-owned U.S. corporation headquartered in San Diego, California with manufacturing facilities in Tijuana, Mexico. Coastline specializes in finished device assembly in addition to a wide variety of specialized manufacturing processes.

Coastline currently operates 4 facilities, which include over 65,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing operations, including 5 separate ISO certified cleanrooms. This strategic location is only 15 minutes (less than 10 miles) from the San Diego border. Certifications include ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and FDA Registered facilities.

Our nearshore manufacturing location offers many advantages, including proximity to the North American market, same-day site visits, next-day shipments to the US, multiple ports of entry and scalable production environments. We provide to our customers access to our trained staff of highly skilled employees in Mexico, resulting in significant reduction of manufacturing costs and capacity to immediately ramp production. Coastline executive leadership is on-site in Mexico daily.
