Coastline International has been manufacturing high quality products for other companies since 1981. Headquartered in San Diego, California, Coastline is a privately owned U.S. corporation with foreign manufacturing facilities in Tijuana Mexico.
Coastline has 250-350 employees and nearly 40,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities, including several ISO 13485 Class 8 clean rooms. We are FDA registered and an ISO certified manufacturer.
Our typical client company develops and sells electronics products or medical device products in the U.S. and foreign markets. Over the course of three decades we have been the trusted partner of a wide range of companies, large and small, that outsource the manufacture of their products for strategic or economic reasons. We also provide shelter services to support client companies that elect to manage their own production operations in Mexico.

Larry Angione, Founder and CEO
Mr. Angione has provided Coastline with consistent leadership and direction since he founded the company in 1981. He remains personally engaged with our client companies, ensuring that Coastline remains a high-quality service-oriented manufacturing partner that delivers on its promises.
Management Team
The other senior members of Coastline's management team include Tim Mullennix, Felipe Cruz and Carlos Gutierrez.
Mr. Mullennix has corporate and manufacturing experience for over 30 years and brings both DFM & product development experience to Coastline.
Mr. Cruz serves as Plant Manager and has over 30 years experience in production supervision. Mr. Gutierrez an industrial engineer, serves as Quality Manager and brings to bear nearly 20 years experience in quality engineering and supervision.
